Celebrating for the first time in India the transformative power of rebranding and brand development, the Transform Awards India highlighted an array of work of the highest quality. Transform magazine can officially announce the winners of the Transform Awards India 2022, where the best in corporate, product and global brand design and strategy were revealed.
The star performer of the evening, and winner of the coveted Grand Prize, was Ting for his project with Melts, a new Oral Thin Strips brand. The new identity and packaging system was hailed by the judges as a ‘clutter-free’ design that took an ‘extremely clever and creative approach’. Ting won three more golds for this project alone in the categories “Best Use of Packaging”, “Best Strategic or Creative Development of a New Brand” and “Best Naming Strategy”. The agency has also seen success in its projects with Divaa, Doeraa, Skin Pot Co. and OPI India, winning three more silver and two bronze.
Landor & Fitch won four sensational gold medals and best overall visual identity for its project with Giga Foods. The agency has breathed new life into the jaded Sri Lankan burger brand market with its cheerful branding of Full’r, a new cloud cooking burger restaurant. The judges were unanimously impressed by the agency’s “inspiring, colorful and energetic” work. The project won big prizes in categories such as “Best Use of a Visual Property”, “Best Creative Strategy”, and “Best Strategic or Creative Development of a New Brand”.
Andrew Thomas, editor of transform magazine and founder of the transform awards, says: “The challenges of the past year have been immense as businesses of all sizes struggled to mitigate the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic. 19. Other big winners of the evening included Landor & Fitch’s project with Apraava Energy, which won gold in the categories ‘Best Brand Evolution’ and ‘Best Brand Development Project to Reflect a Change in mission, values or positioning”, as well as three silver medals and one bronze. Elsewhere, Brandpie has won two golds and a bronze for his work with Tata Consultancy Services.
The winners have been announced virtually in light of the Covid-19 pandemic.
