Niehaus says, “Vitamin C is definitely a very important nutrient that your body needs in order to be able to fight anything. Make sure to incorporate zinc with vitamin C as well, because when you use zinc with vitamin C, your body absorbs vitamin C and uses it a little better as long as you use zinc along with it.

Niehaus not only stresses the importance of eating the right foods with the right nutrition, but also getting out and working out is the key to a healthy life.
