About the new pilot plant: meat, fish and vegetable products

Equipped with industry-benchmarked processing and analysis capabilities, the new facility will serve customers in co-creating applications around ground meat, emulsified meat and plant-based analogues. When it comes to meat, seafood and fish substitutes, a dedicated team of food experts will advise on using masking flavors, protein, fiber and mimicking the long, fibrous texture. thus creating meat substitutes that will challenge the senses of consumers.

IMCD Food & Nutrition now has 24 laboratories, three of which are Centers of Excellence and five market-specific pilot plants located in key locations around the world, with a dedicated local team ready to assist customers with their local needs.
