The stacked American lives in the wild, eats raw meat and has followed an âancestralâ way of life that has been regimented for 20 years. He follows what he calls the “9 Ancestral Principles,” which include strict rules about diet, exercise, and sleep.
Its goal is to return to the way of life we ââhad centuries ago – living without modern comforts and simply eating.
He regularly posts photos and videos of himself eating raw meat and is a firm believer in using all parts of an animal for optimal health.
Brian, who would be in his 40s, had a number of businesses and was living “the American dream” until his boys started to get sick.
He said, âThe more my boys interacted with the modern world, the more severe and abundant their allergies became.
âTime spent outdoors has led to beehives. Even the interaction with our family dogs caused shortness of breath, swollen eyes and a runny nose.
âThe real wake-up call was when one of my sons stopped breathing. We were lucky. We got to the hospital just in time.
âMy wife and I were determined to take on the cause. Never try our luck again. We did what all parents would do: we tried everything. And that’s where our journey began.
âFirst, we have eliminated processed foods. We have started to reintroduce the nutrition of our ancestors: seasonal fruits and vegetables, nose-to-tail animals, including the most nutrient-rich part of them all. Liver.
âIn just two weeks, we have seen a dramatic change in the well-being of our boys. Ours too. Two decades later, I eat a pound of liver every day.
Specifically on testicular consumption, he said, âSocial norms areâ¦ wellâ¦ just that. If you want more you have to become more, so stretch out, leave the comfort of the cave, do something radically different (for your own good and that of mankind), and innovate like a good evolutionary hunter does. . “
