Notifications are Broken in 3.15

The other day I wanted to use Movable Type’s Notifications feature to send an e-mail about the Klondike Derby photos. It didn’t work. I searched quickly, but couldn’t find that anybody else had the same problem. A support ticket yielded an answer: Notifications are broken in version 3.15.

When trying to get notifications, the error message I get is Can't use string ("ARRAY(0x8a2aab8)") as an ARRAY ref while "strict refs" in use at lib/MT/App/CMS.pm line 3749.
