Patrick is a framework-style theme for Melody and Movable Type.

For more than a year I’ve been working on a new theme. I wanted to refresh the look of danandsherree.com with something new. But more than just a new look, Patrick has all sorts of great features and is highly customizable!

The biggest new feature is that creating a color palette is super easy: use the URL to any image to generate a palette, then assign those palette colors to different areas of the site. With simple drag-and-drop you can update the loo of your entire site! Choose which fonts are used (from the Google Font Directory) along with many other options to create a unique look for your blog.

Patrick makes use of the Open Graph as well as Facebook and Twitter integration, too. Just select the options you want to use — the theme includes all of the required templating to make it work. Additionally, Facebook is used for commenting on the blog.

Curious to know more about Patrick? See some screenshots or go to the Github repository to download the theme!
